In 2006, we opened our first Food Trailer. I believed in the tacos so much that I hustled around Austin, TX on a red Vespa, handing out samples to anyone I could. The word got out when people kept saying the same thing: “Damn, those tacos are good!” So we ran with it. And Damn Good became our motto for our food, our culture, & how we treat people. IT’S OUR STANDARD FOR EVERYTHING WE DO.
