Behind the Brand

Great barbecue and chef pride go hand in hand, and we have both. Our meats are smoked low and slow over hickory and cherry wood in our Ole Hickory pit, and everything in between is made in our scratch kitchen. Rubs and sauces are all our own recipes.

Beyond the pit, our Southern-inspired menu runs from Shrimp and Grits and Bourbon Glazed Salmon to our signature Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf and a hand-breaded Chicken Fried Steak. Weekends bring plated brunch on Saturday and a full buffet with a carving station on Sunday.

Then there's the Bourbon Room - the largest bourbon selection in Colorado Springs, opening onto a cigar-friendly patio with a firepit. And with Phil Long Music Hall right next door, dinner turns into a full night out.
